In accordance with the Regulations on the training of scientific workers in Turkmenistan, approved by Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated January 14, 2008 No. 9378, the postgraduate department accepts young specialists as graduate students, doctoral students and applicants working in various institutions and enterprises of the country. They conduct scientific research under the guidance of scientists and experienced research staff of the institute.
